1)機械密封的主要構(gòu)件
機械密封也稱端面密封，典型結(jié)構(gòu)如圖165所示，機械密封由以下幾部分組成:
    (1)主要密封件:由與軸-起旋轉(zhuǎn)的動環(huán)和固定在壓蓋內(nèi)的靜環(huán)構(gòu)成一對摩擦副,起到徑向密封作用。
    (2)輔助密封件:包括O形環(huán)、V形環(huán)、U形環(huán)、楔形環(huán)等。
    (3)緊固件:包括彈簧座、固定螺釘、壓蓋等，起到靜、動環(huán)定位，緊固和盛裝的作用。

(4)彈性件:包括彈簧、波紋管、隔膜等,使動、靜環(huán)貼合,起到預(yù)緊、補償、緩沖的作用。

(5)傳動件:包括傳動環(huán)、傳動件、傳動銷等，能帶動AF泡沫泵動環(huán)隨軸一起旋轉(zhuǎn)。

1) Main components of mechanical seal

Mechanical seal is also called face seal, and its typical structure is shown in Figure 165. Mechanical seal consists of the following parts:

(1) Main seal: it is composed of a pair of friction pairs which are rotating with the shaft and stationary rings fixed in the gland, playing a role of radial sealing.

(2) Auxiliary seals: including O-ring, V-ring, U-ring, wedge ring, etc.

(3) Fasteners: including spring seat, set screw, gland, etc., which play the role of static and dynamic ring positioning, fastening and filling.

(4) Elastic parts: including springs, bellows, diaphragms, etc. to make the dynamic and static rings fit together and play the role of pre tightening, compensation and buffer.

(5) transmission parts: drive rings, transmission parts, transmission pins, etc., can drive the AF foam pump ring to rotate along the shaft.
