國(guó)外使用AF泡沫泵的案例與使用概況
英國(guó)和加拿大約有60%~70%的浮選廠采用乙基、異丙基和戊基黃藥等兩種或多種捕收劑組合添加。日本有的金選廠用208號(hào)黑藥與仲丁基鈉黃藥(301 號(hào)黃藥)作為組合捕收劑,浮選含金礦石的效果很好。
俄羅斯研制了太陽(yáng)油作為浮金的鋪助捕收劑與黃藥組合使用。據(jù)報(bào)道,用黃藥浮選(銅和鉛的)硫化礦過(guò)程中,添加非極性油,如錠子油、變壓器油、工業(yè)潤(rùn)滑油等,能強(qiáng)化浮選過(guò)程,并明顯提高工藝指標(biāo)和降低極性捕收劑的用量。俄羅斯的研究表明,用撒哈林島原油或變壓器油取代部分丁基黃藥后,可提高金的浮游活性。試驗(yàn)得出:如果兩種捕收劑溶液分別進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)備,而在加入礦漿前一起攪拌,則精礦質(zhì)量還可得到更大改善,如果將油先加入礦漿中,它對(duì)丁黃藥的吸附會(huì)產(chǎn)生不利影響。無(wú)論是添加變壓器油還是原油都會(huì)在黃藥浮金時(shí)產(chǎn)生附加疏水效應(yīng),而與巰基捕收劑在金上的吸附量是否增加無(wú)關(guān),這顯然是因?yàn)榉菢O性捕收劑改善了礦粒向氣泡附著條件,也改善了巰基捕收劑在金粒上固著的條件。
采用20%的巰基捕收劑和85%~ 95%脂肪酸捕收劑,在pH5~8的條件下,可從氰化處理后的尾礦中或低品位金礦中浮選殘留金或自然金。最佳的捕收劑用量為227~ 1360g/t。采用這種浮選工藝的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是:即使原礦(氰化法處理后的殘?jiān)?/span>)的含金量變化較大,也能維持高水平的效率。曾對(duì)僅含金0. 6~1g/t的尾礦進(jìn)行處理,表明采用此法可使金富集到每噸精礦含金量為4.8~7. 2g,且回收率高達(dá)89%。
法國(guó)介紹了鉀基黃藥與疏基苯并唯常組合浮選薩爾西涅礦床的含金毒砂礦石,砷和金的試驗(yàn)回收率分別達(dá)到93%和90.5%時(shí),可獲得合砷25.5%和含金19.28g/t的精礦。常規(guī)組合捕收劑也能得到相近的回收率,但最終精礦品位較低,含砷為23%,含金17. 5g/t。
日本報(bào)道,選別含銀AF泡沫泵硫化礦時(shí),使用美氰皮公司的31號(hào)黑藥和242號(hào)黑藥組合,以及黃藥與氨基酸或氨基乙磺酸[NH2(CH2)2SOs]組合。

Russian research shows that the floating activity of gold can be increased by replacing part of butyl xanthate with Sakhalin crude oil or transformer oil. The results show that if the two collector solutions are prepared separately and stirred together before adding slurry, the quality of concentrate can be further improved. If the oil is added into slurry first, it will have a negative impact on the adsorption of xanthate. No matter transformer oil or crude oil is added, there will be additional hydrophobic effect when the xanthate floats gold, which has nothing to do with the increase of the adsorption capacity of mercapto collector on gold. Obviously, this is because the non-polar collector improves the conditions for the attachment of ore particles to bubbles and the fixation of mercapto collector on gold particles.
With 20% sulfhydryl collector and 85% - 95% fatty acid collector, the residual gold or natural gold can be floatated from the tailings or low-grade gold ore after cyanide treatment under the condition of ph5-8. The best amount of collector is 227 ~ 1360g / T. The advantage of this flotation process is that it can maintain a high level of efficiency even if the gold content of raw ore (residue after cyanidation) changes greatly. The tailings containing only 0.6-1g/t of gold have been treated. The results show that the gold can be enriched to 4.8-7.2g/t concentrate by this method, and the recovery rate is as high as 89%.
France introduced the flotation of gold bearing arsenopyrite from salsinine deposit by the combination of potassium based xanthate and dibenzo only. When the recovery of arsenic and gold reached 93% and 90.5% respectively, the concentrate containing 25.5% arsenic and 19.28g/t gold could be obtained. However, the final concentrate grade is relatively low, with arsenic content of 23% and gold content of 17.5g/t.
Japan reported that when the silver containing AF foam pump was selected for the sulfide ore, the combination of the No. 31 black drug and No. 242 black drug combination of the United States cyanide company and the combination of xanthate and amino acid or [NH2 (CH2) 2SOs] were selected.
