4RV-AF泡沫泵的詳細(xì)參數(shù)
賓漢姆泵是從美國(guó)賓漢姆---威廉米特(Bigham -Willamette )公司引進(jìn)的臥式管道輸油泵,類(lèi)型為HSB型是單級(jí)、雙吸、水平中開(kāi)、雙蝸殼式離心泵。目前,在石油管道應(yīng)用的賓漢姆泵主要有兩種類(lèi)型:一是全級(jí)泵,規(guī)格為20X20x 19HSB,系列號(hào)為4B636~ 4B644;二是半級(jí)泵,規(guī)格為20X20x 16BHSB,系列號(hào)為4B633~4B635。它們的性能特點(diǎn)是:揚(yáng)程低.排量大、效率高,需要正壓進(jìn)泵.運(yùn)行安全平穩(wěn)易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化和遠(yuǎn)程操作。圖1-95 給出了賓漢姆泵型譜圖。
液化天然氣(LNG)輸送用離心泵簡(jiǎn)介
液化天然氣(LNG)技術(shù)除了用來(lái)解決天然氣儲(chǔ)存、運(yùn)輸問(wèn)題外,還廣泛地用于天然氣使用時(shí)的調(diào)峰裝置上。通常的LNG多存儲(chǔ)在溫度為112K、壓力為0.1MPa左右的低溫儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)。輸送LNG這類(lèi)低溫易燃介質(zhì),不僅要求輸送泵能夠承受低溫,對(duì)泵的氣密性能和電氣方面安全性能要求更高。
LNG輸送泵按照功能不同,一般分為罐內(nèi)泵和高壓泵。罐內(nèi)泵為單級(jí)離心泵,工作壓力較低,一般在1. 2MPa左右,為LNG接收站內(nèi)的保冷循環(huán)、槽車(chē)裝運(yùn)和BOG(Boil Off Gas,閃蒸氣)的冷凝提供流量,并為高壓泵提供吸入壓頭,確保高壓泵的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。典型的罐內(nèi)泵結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1-96所示。高壓泵為多級(jí)離心泵,工作壓力較高,根據(jù)不同設(shè)計(jì)要求一般在4~10MPa之間,為液化天然氣的氣化外輸提供動(dòng)力,如圖1-97所示。
LNG輸送泵由于輸送介質(zhì)為超低溫的液化天然氣,因此LNG輸送泵相對(duì)于普通泵有自身的一些優(yōu)點(diǎn)和特色:
(1)LNG輸送泵采用潛液式離心泵,在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中完全隔絕空氣,具有較高的安全性;

Bingham pump is a horizontal pipeline oil pump imported from Bigham Willamette company in the United States. It is a single-stage, double suction, horizontal split, double volute centrifugal pump. At present, there are mainly two types of Bingham pumps used in oil pipelines: one is full stage pump, with specifications of 20x20x19hsb, serial number of 4b636 ~ 4b644; the other is half stage pump, specification is 20x20x16bhsb, serial number is 4b633 ~ 4b635. Their performance characteristics are: low head, large displacement, high efficiency, need positive pressure into the pump, safe and stable operation, easy to realize automation and remote operation. Figure 1-95 shows the spectrum of Bingham pump type.
Brief introduction of centrifugal pump for LNG transportation
Liquefied natural gas (LNG) technology is not only used to solve the problems of natural gas storage and transportation, but also widely used in peak shaving devices when natural gas is used. LNG is usually stored in low-temperature storage tank with temperature of 112k and pressure of about 0.1MPa. Transportation of LNG, a low-temperature flammable medium, not only requires the pump to withstand low temperature, but also requires higher air tightness and electrical safety of the pump.
According to different functions, LNG transfer pump is generally divided into tank pump and high-pressure pump. The pump in the tank is a single-stage centrifugal pump with low working pressure, generally about 1.2MPa. It provides flow for cold insulation cycle, tank car transportation and bog (oil off gas) condensation in LNG terminal, and provides suction head for high-pressure pump to ensure normal operation of high-pressure pump. A typical tank pump structure is shown in figure 1-96. The high-pressure pump is a multi-stage centrifugal pump with high working pressure. According to different design requirements, the high-pressure pump is generally between 4-10mpa, providing power for the gasification and export of liquefied natural gas, as shown in Fig. 1-97.
