軸襯材料 

目前在AF泡沫泵類產(chǎn)品上，應用量大面廣的軸襯是鑄造軸承合金，稱巴氏合金(白金、鎢金)，它可以分為錫基合金和鉛基合金兩種。前者的強度、硬度、沖擊韌性、耐蝕性和鑄造性能均優(yōu)于后者，故錫基巴氏合金的應用約占2/3，如Z5nSb1Cu6 (83)和ZSnSb8Cu4 (o89)， 但鉛基巴氏合金在滑動性能方面又優(yōu)于錫基巴氏合金,使用起來也比較經(jīng)濟，所以鉛基巴氏合金的應用也占1/4左右.
