鈣硫比
鈣硫比又稱吸收劑耗量比或稱化學(xué)計量比。定義為脫硫塔內(nèi)脫硫劑所含鈣的摩爾數(shù)(mol/h)與煙氣中所含SO2的摩爾數(shù)(mol/b)的比例(Ca/S),鈣硫比相當(dāng)于洗滌每1molSO2需加入CaCO3的摩爾數(shù)。
Ca/S反映單位時間內(nèi)吸收劑原料的供給量,通常以漿液中吸收劑濃度來衡量。在保持漿液L/G不變的情況下,Ca/S增大,注入吸收塔內(nèi)吸收劑的量相應(yīng)增大,引起漿液pH值上升,可增大中和反應(yīng)的速率,增加反應(yīng)的表面積,使SO2吸收量增加,提高脫硫效率。但鈣硫比過大,會引起吸收劑過飽和凝聚,最終使反應(yīng)的表面減少,鈣的利用率下降,不僅浪費了吸收劑,而且影響脫硫效率。因此,石灰石濕法脫硫工藝的Ca/S一般控制在1.02~1. 05.AF泡沫泵
Calcium sulfur ratio
Calcium-sulfur ratio is also called absorbent consumption ratio or stoichiometric ratio. It is defined as the ratio of mol/h of calcium in desulfurizer to mol/b of SO2 in flue gas (Ca/S). The ratio of calcium to sulphur is equivalent to the mol of CaCO3 added per mol of SO2 in scrubbing.
Ca/S reflects the supply of absorbent materials per unit time, usually measured by the concentration of absorbent in slurry. Under the condition of keeping the slurry L/G unchanged, the amount of absorbent injected into the absorber increases with the increase of Ca/S, resulting in the increase of slurry pH value, the increase of neutralization rate, the increase of reaction surface area, the increase of SO2 absorption and the increase of desulfurization efficiency. However, the excessive ratio of calcium to sulphur will cause supersaturated coagulation of absorbent, which will eventually reduce the surface of the reaction and the utilization rate of calcium, which not only wastes the absorbent, but also affects the desulfurization efficiency. Therefore, the Ca/S of limestone wet desulfurization process is generally controlled in the range of 1.02-1.05.
