AF泡沫泵凝結(jié)水泵 

凝結(jié)水泵如圖5-48所示。其可用于火(核)電機(jī)組的凝汽器中輸送凝結(jié)水及給排水工程。正常情況下，泵筒體內(nèi)處于負(fù)壓狀態(tài)，故要求泵汽蝕性能好。為了滿足這一要求，泵首級(jí)可做成雙吸或首級(jí)葉輪前加誘導(dǎo)輪或泵機(jī)組加長，增加倒灌高度。吸入和吐出口可以分別位于圓簡體或吐出座上。兩者可以做成180°、90°等任意角度位置來滿足要求。
凝結(jié)水系的特點(diǎn):噪聲低，振動(dòng)小，運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠，效率高，壽命長，安裝維護(hù)方便等。
泵中間設(shè)有多處導(dǎo)軸承，用以支撐泵轉(zhuǎn)子徑向力及其模動(dòng)。泵轉(zhuǎn)子的軸向力和其質(zhì)量教由電動(dòng)機(jī)上推力軸承來承受，也可以設(shè)計(jì)成雜上加推力軸承結(jié)構(gòu)。泵轉(zhuǎn) 子內(nèi)部軸間用卡套式(見圖565)聯(lián)軸器連接，小型泵用螺紋筒形聯(lián)軸器連接。當(dāng)泵的軸向力及其質(zhì)量由電動(dòng)機(jī)承受時(shí)，  泵轉(zhuǎn)子的軸與電動(dòng)機(jī)軸用剛性聯(lián)軸器連接，如圖5-53所示。

AF foam pump condensate pump

The condensate pump is shown in Fig. 5-48. It can be used for condensate transmission and water supply and drainage works in the condenser of thermal (nuclear) power unit. Under normal conditions, the pump barrel is under negative pressure, so it is required to have good cavitation performance. In order to meet this requirement, the first stage of the pump can be made into double suction or the inducer or the pump unit can be lengthened in front of the first stage impeller to increase the pouring height. The suction and discharge ports may be respectively located on the cylindrical body or the discharge seat. The two can be made into any angle position such as 180 ° and 90 ° to meet the requirements.

Characteristics of condensed water system: low noise, small vibration, stable and reliable operation, high efficiency, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.

A plurality of guide bearings are arranged in the middle of the pump to support the radial force of the pump rotor and its mold movement. The axial force of the pump rotor and its quality can be borne by the thrust bearing on the motor, or it can be designed as a hybrid thrust bearing structure. The internal shafts of the pump rotor are connected with ferrule type (see Fig. 565) couplings, and small pumps are connected with threaded cylindrical couplings. When the axial force and mass of the pump are borne by the motor, the shaft of the pump rotor and the motor shaft are connected by rigid couplings, as shown in Fig. 5-53.
