    這是一種新型的Skim-Air充氣刮泡式浮選槽，對金的浮選來說有重要意義，尤其是對于那些尾礦未經(jīng)氰化浸出(如銅-金礦石)的浮選廠非常重要。由于金和某些金礦物的密度很大，這就意味著它們在磨礦分級回路中不斷循環(huán)，磨到足夠細度后才能排出旋流分級機外。與其他礦物一樣，粒度很小，將影響浮選效果。在浮選回路中安裝閃速浮選機使得單體金的回收得到改善——加藥量較少，浮選速度加快。泡沫層的控制很重要，如果泡沫的負載量很高或精礦粒度較粗，會使泡沫的穩(wěn)定性降低。

This is a new type of skim air aerated bubble flotation cell, which is of great significance for gold flotation, especially for those flotation plants whose tailings are not cyanide leached (such as copper gold ore). Due to the high density of gold and some gold minerals, it means that they are continuously circulated in the grinding and classification circuit, and can be discharged from the cyclone classifier only after grinding to enough fineness. Like other minerals, the particle size is very small, which will affect the flotation effect. The installation of flash flotation machine in the flotation circuit can improve the recovery of monomer gold with less dosage and faster flotation speed. The control of the foam layer is very important. If the load of the foam is very high or the concentrates are coarser, the stability of the foam will be reduced.
