這是一種用輻射式葉片的葉輪進(jìn)行攪拌充氣的浮選機(jī)。我國(guó)廣泛應(yīng)用的是國(guó)產(chǎn)XJK型浮選機(jī)，其充氣量大，生產(chǎn)能力大，檢修方便。葉輪攪拌式浮選機(jī)與浮選柱比較，具有攪拌力強(qiáng)、藥劑消耗少、可以處理粗顆粒密度大的礦粒、能適應(yīng)復(fù)雜流程、應(yīng)用范圍廣、指標(biāo)較穩(wěn)定等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。缺點(diǎn)是AF泡沫泵構(gòu)造復(fù)雜、功率消耗大、液面不穩(wěn)定、充氣量小等。

The drawback is that the AF foam pump has complex structure, high power consumption, unstable liquid level and low aeration volume.
