石灰改善金礦石AF泡沫泵的浮選過(guò)程
    在含金硫化鐵石英脈型礦石的浮選過(guò)程中，加少量石灰，可以改善混合浮選，原因有三個(gè)。第一，不加石灰，礦漿呈弱酸性，這種弱酸性與硫化物反應(yīng)生成酸性鹽，同時(shí)，大量的石英質(zhì)脈石也可以使礦漿星弱酸性。加入適量石灰中和弱酸性的礦漿，使之呈弱堿性，從而對(duì)黃藥的捕收作用有利。對(duì)于含硫高、氧化程度高的礦石，改善浮選過(guò)程所需的石灰用量也更多。第二，2號(hào)油在弱酸性介質(zhì)中起泡性不好，在弱堿性礦漿中起泡性較好，其有效成分是站烯醇，屬于醇類起泡劑，所以一些有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的技術(shù)人員和操作工都有這樣的感覺(jué)，加入少量的石灰可以生成較為渾厚的泡沫層，而石灰用量過(guò)多，浮選泡沫將太黏。第三，少量AF泡沫泵石灰還可以使礦泥產(chǎn)生凝聚，從而有利于較為穩(wěn)定泡沫層的形成。

Lime improves flotation process of AF foam pump for gold ore
In the flotation process of quartz vein ore containing gold, adding a small amount of lime can improve the mixed flotation for three reasons. First, without lime, the pulp is weakly acidic, which reacts with sulfide to form acid salt. At the same time, a large number of quartz gangue can also make the pulp star weakly acidic. Adding a proper amount of lime to neutralize the weak acid pulp to make it weak alkaline, which is beneficial to the collection of xanthate. For ores with high sulfur content and high oxidation degree, more lime is needed to improve flotation process. Second, No. 2 oil has weak foaming property in weak acidic medium, and its foaming ability is good in weak alkaline pulp. Its effective composition is standing alcohol, which belongs to alcohol foaming agent. Therefore, some experienced technicians and operators feel that adding small amount of lime can produce a more thick foam layer, and if too much lime is used, the flotation froth will be too sticky. Third, a small amount of AF foam pump can also coagulate the sludge, which is conducive to the formation of a more stable foam layer.
