汽蝕比轉(zhuǎn)速是來在最佳工況下的汽蝕相似準則數(shù).我國的汽蝕比轉(zhuǎn)速計算公式如下:
對于幾何相似、運動相似的相似泵,它們的汽蝕比轉(zhuǎn)速C必定相等。C值越大,則NPSH,越小,泵的抗汽蝕性能越好。汽蝕比轉(zhuǎn)速c值的大小僅與流量、轉(zhuǎn)速有關(guān),而與揚程無關(guān),即與出口參數(shù)無關(guān)。AF泡沫泵
目前,各類離心泵的汽蝕比轉(zhuǎn)速大致范圍如下:對于抗汽蝕性能要求不高的泵,C為600~800;對一般清水泵,C在800~1200之間;對抗汽蝕性能要求較高的泵,C在1600~ 3000之間。
