AF泡沫泵的定義及分類泵是輸送和提升液體的機器。它把原動機的機械能轉(zhuǎn)化為被輸送液體的能量,使液體獲得動能或勢能。由于泵在國民經(jīng)濟各部門中應(yīng)用很廣,品種系列繁出多,對它的分類方法也各不相同。按其作用原理可分為以下三類:(1) 葉片式泵:它對液體的壓送是常裝有葉片的葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)而完成的,屬于這一一類的有離心泵、軸流泵、混沉泵等。(2)容積式泵:它對液體的壓送是常泵體工作室容積的改變來完成的。一般使工作室容積改變的方式有往復(fù)運動和旋轉(zhuǎn)運動兩種。屬于往復(fù)運動這一 類的如活塞式往復(fù)泵、柱塞式往復(fù)泵等。屬于旋轉(zhuǎn)運動這一類的如轉(zhuǎn)子泵等 。(3) 其他類型泵:這類泵是指除葉片式泵和容積式泵以外的特殊泵,屬于這一類的主要有螺旋泵、射流泵(又稱水射器)、水錘泵、水輪泵以及氣升泵(又稱空氣揚水機)等。其中除螺旋泵是利用螺旋推進原理來提高液體的位能以外,上述各種泵的特點都是利用高速液流或氣流的動能或動量來輸送液體的。在給水排水工程中,結(jié)合具體條件應(yīng)用這類特殊泵來輸送水或藥劑(混凝劑、消毒藥劑等)時,常常能起到良好的效果。上述各種類型泵的使用范圍是很不相同的。圖1-2所示為常用的幾種類型泵的總型譜圖。由圖可見,目前定型生產(chǎn)的各類葉片式泵的使用范圍是相當(dāng)廣泛的,而其中離心泵、軸流泵、混流泵和往復(fù)泵等的使用范圍各具有不同的性能。往復(fù)泵的使用范圍側(cè)重于高揚程、小流量。軸流泵和混流泵的使用范圍側(cè)重于低揚程、大流量。而離心泵的使用范圍則介乎兩者之間,工作區(qū)間最廣,產(chǎn)品的品中、系列和規(guī)格也最多。
Definition and classification of AF foam pump is a machine for conveying and lifting liquid. It converts the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the energy of the conveyed liquid, so that the liquid can obtain kinetic energy or potential energy. Because the pump is widely used in various sectors of the national economy, the variety series is numerous, and the classification methods are different. According to its working principle, it can be divided into the following three categories: (1) vane pump: its pressure delivery of liquid is completed by the high-speed rotation of the impeller often equipped with blades, including centrifugal pump, axial flow pump, mixed sedimentation pump, etc. (2) Positive displacement pump: its pressure delivery of liquid is completed by changing the volume of the pump chamber. Generally, there are two ways to change the volume of the workroom: reciprocating motion and rotary motion. Belonging to the category of reciprocating motion, such as piston reciprocating pump, plunger reciprocating pump, etc. Those belonging to the category of rotary motion, such as rotor pump, etc. (3) Other types of pumps: This type of pump refers to special pumps other than vane pump and positive displacement pump, which mainly include screw pump, jet pump (also called water jet pump), water hammer pump, hydraulic pump and airlift pump (also called air lift pump). Except that the screw pump uses the principle of screw propulsion to improve the potential energy of the liquid, the characteristics of the above pumps are to use the kinetic energy or momentum of high-speed liquid flow or air flow to transport the liquid. In the water supply and drainage engineering, the application of such special pumps to transport water or chemicals (coagulants, disinfectants, etc.) in combination with specific conditions often has a good effect. The scope of use of the above types of pumps is very different. Figure 1-2 shows the general type spectrum of several common types of pumps. It can be seen from the figure that the scope of use of various vane pumps that have been finalized for production is quite wide, and the scope of use of centrifugal pump, axial flow pump, mixed flow pump and reciprocating pump has different performance. The use scope of reciprocating pump focuses on high lift and small flow. The use scope of axial flow pump and mixed flow pump focuses on low head and large flow. The use range of centrifugal pump is between the two, the working range is the widest, and the product range, series and specifications are also the largest.
