臥式泡沫泵的使用與維護

在使用和維護臥式泡沫泵時，需要注意以下幾點：

1. 安裝前檢查設(shè)備外觀是否有損壞或變形，如有，應(yīng)及時更換或修復(fù)。

2. 確保泵與底座之間的配合緊密，以免在使用過程中發(fā)生松動。

3. 注意電機的接地線是否已連接好，以確保安全。

4. 確認泵的進出口方向是否正確，以免影響泵的性能。

5. 確保泵的進出口管道已正確連接，否則會影響泡沫滅火劑的輸送和噴射效果。

6. 檢查泵的電源線是否符合要求，并按照要求接好電源線。

7. 檢查泵的密封性能是否良好，如果泵的密封性能不好，會導(dǎo)致泡沫滅火劑泄漏，影響使用效果。

8. 避免磨擦，否則應(yīng)調(diào)整葉輪間隔。

9. 脫開泵與電機間的傳動，檢查電動機轉(zhuǎn)向，要保證泵按泵體上所標出的箭頭方向轉(zhuǎn)動，注意泵不允許反向轉(zhuǎn)動，否則葉輪螺紋會脫扣，以導(dǎo)致泵損壞。

10. 皮帶傳動時，泵軸和電機軸要平行，并且應(yīng)調(diào)整槽輪位置，使與三角帶其互相垂直，以免引起劇烈的振動和磨損。

4. Confirm whether the inlet and outlet directions of the pump are correct to avoid affecting the performance of the pump.

5. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump are correctly connected, otherwise the delivery and spraying effect of foam extinguishing agent will be affected.

6. Check if the power cord of the pump meets the requirements and connect the power cord as required.

7. Check whether the sealing performance of the pump is good. If the sealing performance of the pump is not good, foam extinguishing agent will leak, affecting the use effect.

8. Avoid friction, otherwise adjust the impeller spacing.

9. Disconnect the transmission between the pump and the motor, check the direction of the motor, and ensure that the pump rotates in the direction indicated by the arrow on the pump body. Note that the pump is not allowed to rotate in the opposite direction, otherwise the impeller threads will trip, causing damage to the pump.

10. When using belt transmission, the pump shaft and motor shaft should be parallel, and the position of the groove wheel should be adjusted to be perpendicular to the V-belt to avoid severe vibration and wear.
