立式泡沫泵的維護包括以下幾個方面：

1. 定期檢查泵的出口壓力、電流、軸承溫升及振動情況，按時填寫運轉(zhuǎn)記錄和設(shè)備巡檢記錄。

2. 定期檢查冷卻水的溫度及水量，并做好記錄。

3. 定期檢查油杯內(nèi)是否充滿潤滑油，并按設(shè)備潤滑要求做好潤滑油的添加或更換工作。

4. 停用泵8h內(nèi)必須盤車3~5圈，并做好記錄。

5. 檢查設(shè)備、工藝管線的動、靜密封點有無滲漏現(xiàn)象。

6. 定期（操作工每次現(xiàn)場巡檢）應(yīng)檢查主機運轉(zhuǎn)是否平穩(wěn)，有無異常聲音，各部連接螺栓與地腳螺栓有無松動現(xiàn)象，做好設(shè)備日常檢查維修記錄。

7. 及時處理發(fā)現(xiàn)的各種設(shè)備缺陷并做好記錄，處理不了的及時上報。

8. 做好設(shè)備的清潔工作。

5. Check for leakage at the dynamic and static sealing points of equipment and process pipelines.

6. Regularly (every on-site inspection by the operator), the host should be checked for smooth operation, any abnormal sounds, and any looseness in the connecting bolts and foundation bolts of each part. Daily equipment inspection and maintenance records should be kept.

7. Timely handle various equipment defects found and keep records. If unable to handle them, report them in a timely manner.

8. Clean the equipment properly.
